Job summary

Flagger Force, LLC is seeking an Area Supervisor to lead field operations across an assigned territory. You will coach field staff, manage performance, and ensure safety, service quality, and client relationships. Regular site visits, planning, and reporting are essential to success.

The role emphasizes pre-construction planning, collaboration with DOTs and municipalities, and driving operational excellence while maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Must pass Work Zone Leadership course with 80% or higher.
• Maintain valid internal training certifications through Flagger Force Academy.
• Must hold all required Department of Transportation qualifications for assigned territory.
• Valid driver's license in accordance with Flagger Force motor vehicle record standards.

Responsibilities

• Manages and provides day-to-day leadership to assigned field personnel.
• Directs and oversees the work of assigned field employees.
• Participates in hiring, performance management, corrective action, and termination decisions in accordance with company policies.
• Travel daily to job site locations throughout the assigned territory to observe field operations, evaluate performance, and complete required reporting.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, State DOT representatives, and local municipalities within the assigned territory.
