Flagger Force is seeking an Area Supervisor to lead field operations across an assigned territory. You will coach field crews, manage performance, ensure safety, deliver high-quality service, and nurture client relationships with State DOTs and local municipalities.

You will travel to multiple job sites, conduct performance reviews, collaborate with the Safety department on incidents, and support pre-construction planning and reporting. Prior leadership in traffic control is preferred.

Competenze

• Must pass Work Zone Leadership course with 80% or higher.
• Maintain valid internal training certifications through Flagger Force Academy.
• Must hold all required Department of Transportation qualifications for assigned territory.
• Valid driver's license in accordance with Flagger Force motor vehicle record standards.
• Strong verbal, written, analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
• Developed leadership skills including conflict resolution, and ability to coach and train people and teams.

• Lead day-to-day field personnel leadership and supervision.
• Direct and oversee the work of field employees.
• Participate in hiring, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
• Build relationships with clients and state/dot representatives.
• Travel daily to job sites to observe operations and complete reports.
