Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Territory Coverage Associate to convert staffing gaps into reliable, high‑quality in‑store execution. You will support Merchandisers and Order Writers, uphold brand standards, and keep stores aligned with company expectations across the territory.

The base salary ranges from $40,600 to $55,825 annually, plus a competitive bonus program. Benefits include health and disability insurance, retirement plans, paid leave, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• College degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally more.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.
• Live within team geographic boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism and support Merchandisers and Order Writers.
• Deliver strong customer service to store teams and reinforce brand standards.
• Execute daily coverage using merchandising and order writing standards.
• Implement promotional displays and maintain visibility of brands.
• Follow schedules set by DM or RTM to ensure territory coverage.
• Assist with seasonal transitions and new product launches.
• Build relationships with store personnel to support execution.
• Support onboarding of new Merchandisers and Order Writers.
