Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Territory Coverage Associate to convert staffing gaps into reliable execution. You will support Merchandisers and Order Writers, maintain brand standards, and ensure stores align with company expectations.

The role includes travel across assigned markets, lifting and moving products, and building strong store partnerships. A base salary ranges from $40,600 to $55,825 with bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age with valid driver’s license
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
• 1-3 years retail or consumer goods experience preferred
• Live inside the geographic boundaries of the team
• Flexible schedule including weekends; ability to travel across markets
• Physical duties include lifting and moving product, up to 25 lbs and occasionally over 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism and support Merchandisers and Order Writers across the territory
• Deliver strong customer service to store teams while reinforcing standards
• Execute daily coverage and capture display photos, document execution through DMI & Sales force
• Implement promotional displays and maintain visibility of brands
• Follow assigned schedules to ensure efficient territory coverage
• Assist with seasonal transitions and new product launches
• Build relationships with store personnel to support smooth execution and collaboration
• Support onboarding of new Merchandisers and Order Writers to strengthen field capability
• Develop leadership skills for future management roles
• Follow safety protocols and vehicle policies while driving across the territory
