Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Territory Coverage Associate to convert staffing gaps into reliable execution across the field. You will support Merchandisers and Order Writers, uphold brand standards, and ensure stores align with company expectations.

You will travel within the assigned territory and engage with store teams to drive in-store excellence. The role emphasizes hands-on field work, strong customer service, and adaptability, with a company vehicle provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old with a valid driver's license issued by the resident state.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism and execution excellence while supporting Merchandisers and Order Writers across the territory.
• Provide strong customer service to store teams and reinforce Mondelēz’s standards.
• Execute daily coverage by visiting stores, capturing photos, and documenting execution through DMI & Sales force.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure visibility of brands according to RTM plans.
• Follow schedules set by the District Manager or RTM to ensure efficient territory coverage.
• Assist with seasonal transitions and new product launches.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support smooth execution.
• Support capability building and onboarding of new Merchandisers and Order Writers.
• Develop leadership skills for future advancement within the organization.
• Stay Safe and Compliant, including lifting and moving product while following safety policies.
