Job summary

Universal Technical Institute is seeking a Local Area Field Admissions Rep for the Santa Ana area to recruit students and raise awareness of the programs offered. The role covers a territory within 120 miles of a UTI campus, requiring strong outreach, relationship building, and travel.

You will spend substantial time engaging with high schools, counselors and dealerships, conducting campus tours and events, and maintaining CRM records to follow up with prospects.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree a plus.
• Experience with public speaking preferred.
• 3–5 years sales experience preferred.
• Industry knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Spend at least 50% of work hours with the local Campus to recruit students and build awareness of UTI.
• Develop relationships with dealerships and industry partners; coordinate open houses, STEM events, and career fairs.
• Conduct campus tours, host events, attend college/high school fairs, and network with employers.
