Job summary

Universal Technical Institute is seeking a Field Admissions Representative to recruit students from high schools and communities within a 120-mile territory, with a remote work arrangement and local commuting. You will build relationships, present at events, conduct in-home interviews, maintain CRM, and strive to meet enrollment goals while complying with program guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree a plus.
• 3–5 years outside sales experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation and sales skills required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Building Relationships: develops new partnerships with dealerships, industry partners, high schools and communities.
• Events: in-person presentations at high schools and offsite events representing UTI.
• Consultative Mindset: conducts informative interviews and maintains CRM for follow-up.
• Public Speaking and Presenting: delivers talks to educators to encourage enrollment.
• Product knowledge: maintains knowledge of programs and financing options.
• Metrics: meet enrollments targets through outreach and recruitment.
• Adheres to compliance criteria and procedures by external bodies and UTI.
• Other duties as necessary
