Universal Technical Institute, Inc. is seeking a Field Admissions Representative to locate passionate students, partner with local high schools, and recruit for UTIs programs within a 120‑mile territory.

This remote role requires living and traveling throughout Spokane, WA and surrounding areas with the flexibility to manage your schedule and work independently. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, extroverted, and able to build relationships, present at events, and maintain CRM data.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree a plus.
• Public speaking experience preferred.
• Outside sales experience 3–5 years preferred.
• Industry knowledge preferred.
• Must clear Background check, including MVR.

Responsibilities

• Builds relationships with dealerships, industry partners, high schools and local communities.
• In-person presentations at high schools and other events to recruit students.
• Conducts informative interviews and maintains CRM for follow-up with prospective students.
• Presents to educators to encourage enrollment in UTIs programs.
• Maintains knowledge of UTIs programs, financing options and admissions procedures.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment goals.
