Cooper Equipment Rentals, a division of Cooper Tacia General Contracting, is expanding into the New Bern, NC market. We seek an Outside Sales Representative who is results-driven, client-focused, and eager to grow with us.

This entrepreneurial role offers training, a base salary with commissions, and growth opportunities within a new division. The position requires 3–5 years of sales experience or a willingness to train; knowledge of construction equipment is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3–5 years of sales experience is ideal, but training is offered to motivated candidates.
• Knowledge of construction equipment or related industries is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve goals and expand market share.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
• Learn and maintain thorough understanding of products, services, and pricing.
• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities using CRM tools and outreach.
• Conduct product presentations and provide training sessions for customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and support.
• Contribute ideas as we build a new, fast-growing division.
