Job summary

Smart Care Equipment Solutions is seeking a proactive Dispatcher to route Service Technicians to service calls in the commercial kitchen equipment sector, maximizing efficiency and reliability. You will be the primary contact for technicians in your geographic market and collaborate with teams to meet service levels and cost targets.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in dispatch, customer service, or restaurant management, strong MS Office skills, and a willingness to learn our software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years’ experience in dispatch, customer service, and/or restaurant management.
• Intermediate experience in Microsoft Office / Windows-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Effectively route technicians to service calls, maximizing efficiency and productivity using dispatch management tools.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for technicians within a geographic market or territory.
• Facilitate technician performance to maximize productivity and profitability through efficient call clustering and routing.
