Shaw Sports Turf is seeking a Territory Development Manager for Nebraska/Iowa to expand market coverage and develop high-potential sellers toward independent Territory Manager roles. This field role reports to the Regional Vice President and includes training, co-selling, and sub-territory ownership progression.

The role requires travel up to 75% and residence in the territory (Omaha preferred). You will build relationships, conduct site visits, present product education, and manage forecasts

Qualifications

• Build relationships with owners, architects, contractors, dealers, end users and market influencers.
• Identify, qualify, document and advance project opportunities in the assigned market.
• Conduct customer meetings, site visits, field assessments and product education.

Responsabilités

• Maintain accurate accounts, contacts, activities, opportunities, next steps, and forecasts in Salesforce.
• Build and execute territory coverage plans using market mapping and competitive intelligence.
• Coordinate with PM, Operations, Marketing, Customer Service and leadership to support a strong customer experience.
