Job summary

Synchrony in the United States is seeking an Area Practice Development Manager to build relationships with healthcare providers in the Dental segment and drive CareCredit adoption in Oklahoma, New Mexico, and West Texas.

You will manage a defined book of mid-to-large practices, set strategy, and lead virtual or in-person engagements to meet sales and credit utilization targets, with travel up to 30% and a base location in Oklahoma City.

Qualifications

• 3+ years sales experience including 1+ years of consultative sales.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% including weekends.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with dental providers in the assigned territory.
• Prioritize high-value opportunities and drive CareCredit adoption.
• Develop long-term provider relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Lead sales strategy and manage budget for the territory.
