Job summary

Synchrony is seeking an Area Practice Development Manager to build and sustain strong relationships with dental providers across Oklahoma, New Mexico, and West Texas. The role combines virtual outreach with occasional in-person visits to drive CareCredit adoption and increase credit utilization in a defined book of mid-to-large practices.

You will prioritize opportunities, enroll new providers, and collaborate with internal teams to meet territory targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years sales experience with at least 1 year in consultative sales.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% including some weekends for trade shows or meetings.
• BA or BS degree; advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Build strong working relationships to understand and address opportunities for growing sales within the assigned territory.
• Prioritize high-value sales opportunities (CareCredit acceptance, Installment/MSF sign-ups, pilot programs, etc.).
• Develop long-term client relationships with provider offices and grow provider enrollments.
• Identify competitive threats and reinforce CareCredit as the product of choice/first look.
• Lead sales strategy and manage budget for the territory and document activity in Salesforce.
