Job summary

Envista Holdings Corporation, through Kerr, seeks an Account Manager to drive profitable growth across an Oregon territory. You will build relationships with dental clinicians, practice leaders and distributor partners, while managing a healthy sales pipeline and expanding account share.

You will partner with authorized dealer reps to win new business, position Kerr solutions, and maintain product knowledge across Kerr's dental offerings. Travel up to 40% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of successful B2B sales experience.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Must reside within the assigned territory.
• Experience in dental/healthcare sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory growth plan to achieve revenue and sales objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dental clinicians, practice leaders, and decision-makers.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities while expanding share within existing accounts.
• Partner with authorized dealer representatives to drive customer acquisition, product adoption, and account growth.
• Maintain understanding of Kerr products, technologies, and competitive offerings to position solutions.
• Communicate technical, clinical, and product information clearly to customers.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage relationships and track opportunities.
• Manage territory activities and expenses within budgets and guidelines.
• Participate in customer events and local trade shows to increase market visibility.
• Develop selling skills through training and field-learning opportunities.
