Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 3 years of successful B2B sales experience.
• Valid driver's license and residence within the assigned territory.
• Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
• Experience in dental/healthcare or medical devices is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory growth plan to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with dental clinicians, practice leaders, and decision-makers.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities while expanding share in existing accounts.
• Partner with authorized dealer representatives to drive customer acquisition and adoption.
• Maintain knowledge of Kerr products and competitive offerings to position solutions.
• Communicate technical and product information clearly to customers.
• Use CRM to manage relationships and track opportunities through the sales process.
• Manage territory activities and expenses within budgets; participate in events/tradeshows.
