Job summary

Kerr sales organization seeks an Account Manager to meet or exceed sales goals within an assigned territory. You will work with existing customers while growing the customer base across dental market segments and channels, building strong partnerships with our authorized dealer network to drive growth.

With 3+ years of B2B sales or clinical dental experience and a Bachelor’s degree, you will travel up to 40% and live in Northern NJ or Staten Island.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of successful B2B sales or clinical dental experience.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Candidate must live within the designated territory (Northern NJ or Staten Island).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a territory plan to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Acquire product knowledge through training.
• Stay informed on products, technologies, and competitive activity.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships in territory to become a trusted advisor.
• Build advocacy with dealer partners to drive customer acquisition and growth in existing accounts.
• Use CRM to manage sales opportunities in territory.
• Manage assigned geographical territory within budget.
• Participate in local trade shows and company meetings as required.
