Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a sales or service role or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Be SME for service and inspection related sales in the territory.
• Promote crane service offerings using consultative sales and on-site support.
• Develop and execute a localized sales plan to exceed team goals.
• Mentor Account Managers to strengthen crane service sales processes.
• Maintain CRM call records and track business intelligence.
• Qualify leads and coordinate with management on contracts and follow-up.
• Prepare professional proposals to close opportunities.
