Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a Territory Coverage Associate to support Merchandisers and Order Writers across the territory. You will ensure execution excellence, build relationships with store personnel, and participate in seasonal transitions and new product launches.

The role emphasizes field presence, strong customer service, and ability to travel. A valid driver’s license and a HS diploma are required; a company vehicle is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 18 years of age and valid driver’s license from residence state.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred.
• Live inside geographical boundaries of the team.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.
• Ability to travel across assigned markets.
• Ability to perform physical activities (lifting, bending, etc.).
• Company vehicle with gas card and maintenance program available.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelez in stores with professionalism and execution excellence.
• Serve as a trusted field partner delivering strong customer service to store teams.
• Execute daily coverage and capture display photos; document execution.
• Implement promotional displays ensuring RTM plan compliance.
• Follow schedules set by DM or RTM for territory coverage.
• Assist with seasonal transitions and new product launches.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution.
• Support onboarding and development of Merchandisers and Order Writers to strengthen field capability.
