Mondelēz International is seeking a Territory Coverage Associate to support Merchandisers and Order Writers across the territory. You will ensure brand standards, execute planograms, and document in-store execution with photos.

The role requires 1–3 years in retail or consumer goods, a high school diploma or GED (college degree preferred), and a valid driver’s license. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and travel as needed are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods.
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel across markets.
• Ability to lift and move products up to 25 lbs. regularly, occasionally over 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism and ensure execution across the territory.
• Support Merchandisers and Order Writers with field execution and customer service.
• Complete store visits using Merchandising and Order Writing standards; capture photos and document execution.
• Implement promotional displays aligned with RTM plans and maintain brand visibility.
• Follow schedules set by the District Manager or RTM to ensure territory coverage.
