Job summary

Mondelēz International is hiring a Territory Coverage Associate to support Merchandisers and Order Writers across the territory. You will ensure execution of brand standards, set up promotional displays, and maintain strong store relations.

You will travel within the territory, handle lifting and physical tasks, and adhere to safety guidelines while supporting seasonal launches and onboarding of new staff.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods is preferred.
• Live inside the geographical boundaries of the team.
• Flexible schedule including weekends; ability to travel across markets.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism and support Merchandisers and Order Writers.
• Deliver strong customer service to store teams and reinforce company standards.
• Execute daily coverage using established merchandising and order-writing standards; document execution.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure visibility of brands.
• Follow schedules set by the District Manager or RTM to maximize territory coverage.
• Assist with seasonal transitions and new product launches.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution.
• Support onboarding and capability building for new Merchandisers and Order Writers.
• Develop leadership-ready skills for future management roles.
• Stay safe and compliant with all safety protocols and vehicle policies.
