Job summary

Mondelēz International invites you to join as a Territory Coverage Associate. You will convert staffing gaps into reliable, high‑quality in‑store execution by supporting Merchandisers and Order Writers and upholding brand standards across the territory.

You will travel across assigned markets, build relationships with store personnel, assist with seasonal transitions, and help onboard new teammates while staying safe and compliant.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license issued by the resident state.
• High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred.
• Live inside the geographical boundaries of the team.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism and support Merchandisers and Order Writers across the territory.
• Provide strong customer service to store teams while reinforcing Mondelēz standards and expectations.
• Execute daily coverage and capture display photos, documenting execution through DMI & Sales force.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure visibility of our brands per RTM plans.
• Follow schedules from the District Manager or RTM to ensure efficient territory coverage.
• Assist with seasonal transitions and new product launches.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support smooth execution and collaboration.
• Support onboarding of new Merchandisers and Order Writers to strengthen field capability.
• Develop skills for future leadership and ensure safety while lifting and moving products.
