Job summary

Mondelēz International seeks a Territory Coverage Associate to support Merchandisers and Order Writers and ensure execution standards across the territory. You will represent the company in stores with professionalism, deliver strong service to store teams, and document on-shelf execution using mobile tools.

You will assist with seasonal transitions and new product launches, build strong store relationships, and help onboard new team members while staying compliant with safety and vehicle

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of retail or consumer goods experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel across assigned markets and work weekends.
• Able to lift and move products and operate in a physical environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism to support Merchandisers and Order Writers.
• Deliver strong customer service to store teams and reinforce company standards.
• Execute daily store coverage, capture display photos, and document execution.
• Implement promotional displays and maintain visibility of brands.
• Follow schedules set by the District Manager to ensure territory coverage.
• Assist with seasonal transitions and new product launches.
• Build relationships with store personnel to support smooth execution.
• Support onboarding of new Merchandisers and Order Writers.
• Develop leadership skills for future opportunities within the field.
• Maintain safety protocols and vehicle policies while driving the territory.
