Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Territory Coverage Associate to support Merchandisers and Order Writers across the territory. You will represent the company in stores, ensuring brand standards and execution excellence, while delivering excellent store team service and maintaining strong relationships with personnel.

The role involves daily coverage, promotional displays, upcoming seasonal transitions, travel within markets, and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods is preferred.
• Live inside the geographical boundaries of the team.
• 18 years of age with valid driver’s license.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.
• Ability to travel across assigned markets.
• Able to perform physical activities (lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs, occasionally over 50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism and execution excellence for Merchandisers and Order Writers across the territory.
• Serve as a trusted field partner delivering strong customer service to store teams.
• Execute daily coverage and complete store visits with standard documentation.
• Implement promotional displays and maintain visibility of brands.
• Follow schedules set by District Manager or RTM for efficient territory coverage.
• Assist with seasonal transitions and new product launches.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution.
• Support capability building and onboarding of new Merchandisers and Order Writers.
• Develop skills for future leadership in operations and communication.
• Maintain safety and compliance in all driving and handling of product.
