Qualifications

• Minimum three years of sales experience required.
• Strong knowledge of construction or related equipment preferred.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maximize revenue from facilities and construction sites.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.
• Prospect and qualify new accounts including competitor accounts.
• Collaborate with specialty division representatives.
• Prepare sales action plans and strategies.
• Utilize CRM tools to develop the pipeline of opportunities.
• Monitor competitors and market conditions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
