Qualifications

Bachelor's in Business or technical degree or equivalent experience.
4+ years sales and/or business development experience in the fireproofing or protective coatings industry.
NACE certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

Call on new and existing customers to build sales volume and monitor market trends.
Inform customers about products, new releases, services and support; provide technical assistance.
Secure and renew orders; coordinate with customer services for required servicing levels.
Develop and maintain a territory sales program based on prospecting and new business development.
Support customer satisfaction; handle complaints, returns, and product issues.
Report significant developments within accounts and prospects to management for planning.
