Praxis Precision Medicines, Inc. is seeking six Account Specialists to cover the Ann Arbor region with dedicated territories in Detroit, Ann Arbor, Farmington Hills, Rochester Hills, Royal Oak, and West Bloomfield.

You will engage healthcare providers, build strong relationships, and drive commercial objectives in CNS and specialty therapies. You bring 5+ years of direct CNS pharma sales, deep knowledge of patient pathways, and experience with launches, formulary access, and hospital/IDN

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct sales in CNS or specialty pharma.
• Strong knowledge of complex patient pathways and prescriber dynamics.
• Experience with product launches and pre-launch planning.
• Familiar with formulary access strategies and early market penetration.
• Experience selling to hospitals, IDNs, and institutional accounts.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
• Ability to navigate patient pathways and access therapies.

• Execute territory business plans to meet/exceed sales goals.
• Develop relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders.
• Drive product adoption through education and engagement.
• Navigate complex patient pathways and support access to therapy.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support launches and outcomes.
• Support launch execution and pre/post-launch adoption strategies.
• Leverage field insights to inform strategy and improve execution.
• Maintain knowledge of product, disease state, and market.
