Encompass Health Corporation is seeking a Clinical Rehab Liaison to cultivate referral relationships, manage a defined Texas territory, and complete patient assessments. You will develop strong connections with physicians, nurses, discharge planners, and payers to drive growth through patient referrals.

The role emphasizes in-person engagement, educating community and referral sources about hospital programs, and streamlining the referral-to-admission process within a rapidly growing inpatient

Qualificações

• Two or more years of clinical or healthcare tech experience preferred.
• One or more years in nurse liaison or healthcare sales preferred.
• Current state professional clinical licensure and CPR certification required.
• CRRN certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain referral relationships within an assigned territory with a focus on face-to-face engagement.
• Cultivate strong relationships with prospective patients, family members, physicians, nurses and discharge planners.
• Aid in streamlining the referral-to-admission process and educate stakeholders on programs.
• Utilize market insights to identify new opportunities and improve admissions.
• Conduct in-services and presentations to groups about services and outcomes.
• Respond to admission barriers and follow up on admissions variables.
