This role leads QAPI initiatives, monitors satisfaction and complaints, and supports emergency preparedness and survey readiness. A RN license and 5 years RN experience with supervisory work in home health are required, with travel to multiple locations.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate from an approved school of professional nursing and licensed to practice as an RN in the operating state.
• 5 yrs RN experience with 2 yrs or more supervisor experience in Home Health.
• Experience managing RN services in the home, community, or clinic is preferred.
• Must possess and maintain CPR certification while employed in a clinical role.
• Must be a licensed driver with insured vehicle and travel to all business locations.

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day clinical and administrative office operations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with professional standards, agency policies, and state/federal regulations.
• Provide leadership and backup coverage for PCM and CSS roles as needed.
• Coordinate patient care by managing intake and referrals with interdisciplinary teams.
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and track incidents and trends.
• Maintain OASIS review, discharge data, and survey readiness.
• Lead Emergency Preparedness Planning and post-activation reporting.
• Oversee HHCAHPS survey distribution and related analytics.
