Job summary

Kingfisher Recruiting seeks a Clinical Manager to oversee patient care services and clinical staff, ensuring safe, effective delivery and regulatory compliance.

The role leads CHAP readiness, drives QAPI initiatives, and maintains survey readiness while coordinating care plans with an interdisciplinary team. Travel to multiple locations is required; licensure as an RN and CPR certification are essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current RN license in the state of operation.
• 3–5 years RN experience, preferably in home, community, or clinic settings.
• Licensed driver with insured vehicle and ability to travel to all business locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinical and administrative operations, serving as primary point of contact for staff and patients.
• Ensure care delivery complies with professional standards and regulations.
• Provide leadership and coverage for PCM and CSS roles as needed.
• Coordinate patient care intake and referrals with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans.
• Drive QAPI initiatives and monitor quality improvement activities.
• Maintain accreditation and survey readiness and manage HHCAHPS survey distribution.
• Lead Emergency Preparedness Planning and post-activation reporting.
• Review discharge OASIS data, edit/lock forms, and oversee discharge processes.
• Monitor patient satisfaction, handle complaints, and ensure timely resolutions.
