Job summary

MDS Staffing seeks a Clinical Manager to oversee patient care services and clinical staff. You will lead regulatory compliance, QAPI initiatives, and survey readiness while coordinating care plans with an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include managing operations, ensuring safe care delivery, and providing backup leadership in the absence of the Territory Administrator; travel to multiple locations will be required.

Qualifications

• RN license to practice in the operating state.
• Minimum 5 years RN experience with at least 2 years supervision in Home Health.
• Experience managing RN services in home, community, or clinic.
• CPR certification required.
• Must be a licensed driver with insured vehicle and travel to all locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinical and administrative operations.
• Ensure compliance with professional standards and regulations.
• Provide leadership and backup coverage as needed.
• Coordinate patient care intake and referrals with an interdisciplinary team.
• Drive quality, assess patient needs, and manage transfers and discharges.
• Manage OASIS and discharge data processing.
• Lead QAPI initiatives and track incidents with corrective actions.
• Maintain accreditation readiness and analytics, including HHCAHPS.
• Oversee Emergency Preparedness Planning and monitoring.
