Job summary

Harbor IT, LLC is seeking a Client Success Manager to service the Central Washington Territory, covering Wenatchee, Selah, and Yakima. Role involves on-site client visits and travel within the territory to ensure satisfaction and growth.

You will guide clients from onboarding through service optimization and expansion, coordinating with internal teams to drive positive business outcomes and durable partnerships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in client success or account management.
• Experience in MSPs, cybersecurity or IT verticals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships as the main point of contact and conduct regular Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) with key stakeholders.
• Lead onboarding for new clients and serve as a subject matter expert on service delivery and current offerings.
• Own the renewal process to maximize contract value; proactively manage at-risk profiles and identify expansion opportunities.
