Job summary

Snap Finance, LLC is seeking a dynamic Client Success Manager to join our field-based team in Washington. You will travel daily in your territory, meeting merchant partners face-to-face to strengthen relationships and drive adoption of Snap programs.

As a trusted advisor, you will leverage CRM data to uncover growth opportunities, deliver timely field trainings, and coordinate with the Areas Sales Manager to meet merchant goals.

Qualifications

• 1+ years outside account management or entry-level with training available.
• Must live in or near the territory and know local businesses in the area.
• Strong people, communication, and emotional intelligence skills.
• Experience using CRM tools to manage merchant relationships and activities.

Responsibilities

• Travel daily to meet customers face-to-face in your territory.
• Own relationships with Merchant Partners, acting as a trusted advisor for growth.
• Identify feedback to Snap support and product teams; share insights with leadership.
• Schedule and deliver field training sessions with merchants and staff.
