Job summary

Eastern Communications, Ltd. is seeking a Business Development Manager for the Eastern Washington region. You will own growth within existing accounts and prospect for new business across a multi-state footprint, leveraging our service-center network to drive retention and expansion.

You will work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, build strong client relationships, and meet ambitious regional targets while traveling extensively to connect with customers and industry events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years of complex solution selling experience in technology sales/public safety.
• Proven ability to develop and execute multi-month sales strategies.

Responsibilities

• Expand existing customer relationships and upsell within territory.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities via cold calling, networking, and market research.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
