Job summary

Harbor IT, a leading MSP, is seeking a Client Success Manager to support clients across Wenatchee, Selah, and Yakima, WA. The role requires on-site client visits and comfortable travel within the territory.

You will guide clients from sales handover through onboarding, optimize services, and drive ongoing expansion to deliver measurable outcomes and lasting partnerships with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years in client success or account management, ideally within MSPs, cybersecurity, or IT verticals.
• Proven track record of turning detractors into advocates and driving client results.
• Attributes: proactive mindset, calm under pressure, team-oriented, resourceful, high integrity, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact and manage client relationships cross-functionally.
• Lead onboarding, service delivery optimization, and renewal conversations to maximize value.
• Identify expansion opportunities and support retention and growth initiatives.
