Job summary

CEMEX, Inc. in Longmont, CO is seeking an Account Manager in Cement Sales to interface with customers and manage the sales lifecycle for cement products.

The role focuses on maintaining relationships, addressing inquiries, and driving growth within assigned accounts. Under the supervision of the Senior Sales Manager or VP Cement Sales, you will contribute to pricing strategies, coordinate with accounting and logistics, and support continued market expansion.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years’ experience in building materials industry is preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Interface with customers and potential customers while handling issues relating to the sales and potential sales of CEMEX products.
• Grow the existing customer base and develop opportunities with current accounts as a mean for capturing new business.
• Build rapport and communicate effectively with all levels of customer organizations and management.
• Provide technical support to customers with inquiries regarding their purchases.
• Communicate price information to customers and develop overall market price strategy in collaboration with Vice President of Cement Sales.
• Work with accounting & logistics as needed to solve customers’ issues.
• Perform all other necessary duties as assigned.
