Job summary

Keystone Cement Company, founded in 1926, is a Titan America business serving the construction industry with Portland and masonry cement. The company seeks a Territory Sales Manager for Bath, PA, covering southeast PA and Delmarva, to grow revenue and strengthen customer relationships through direct market involvement.

You will develop sales strategies, build key accounts, and provide technical support and market insights while upholding safety and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in business management or sales/marketing related field.
• Four years’ outside sales experience, preferably in cement/construction materials.
• ACI Field Testing Technician - Level 1 (must obtain within six months).
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication, negotiating, and reasoning skills.
• Self-motivated and disciplined.
• Territory management experience; MS Office, MS Teams, Power BI proficiency.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; travel including overnight.
• Ability to inspect job sites and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Understand and comply with safety regulations and participate in safety training.
• Develop professional account relationships and report market details; manage receivables and customer issues.
• Develop reports on weekly sales activities and market conditions.
• Forecast territory sales and plan actions; set selling strategies based on market conditions.
• Communicate with company and plant representatives about territory needs.
• Establish new accounts and grow market share while maintaining existing ones.
• Provide consultative and technical assistance to bag and bulk accounts, including product solutions.
• Maintain commitment to safety, environmental compliance, and product quality.
