Job summary

Keystone Cement Company in Bath, Pennsylvania, seeks an experienced Production Manager to lead day-to-day cement manufacturing operations. You will drive safety, reliability, efficiency, and environmental compliance while building a high-performing team in a heavy industrial setting.

Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will partner with Maintenance, Reliability, Quality, and Environmental groups to optimize throughput, reduce waste, and manage outages.

Qualifications

• Significant progressive experience in cement manufacturing or heavy industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of cement processes including kiln operations, raw milling and finish grinding.
• Experience leading production teams; unionized environments preferred.
• Data-driven performance management and continuous improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the safe and effective operation of cement production processes across milling, pyroprocessing, clinker, grinding, and storage.
• Provide direct leadership for the production organization including supervisors and operating teams.
• Set safety, environmental, operating discipline, housekeeping and production performance expectations.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Reliability, Quality, Quarry, and Environmental teams to maximize availability and throughput.
• Lead outages and coordinate with Maintenance; drive continuous improvement in plant performance.
