POOLCORP, the world’s leading distributor of outdoor living products, is seeking a Business Development Representative in Hopkinton, MA. You will develop sales strategy, prospect new leads, and build lasting customer relationships while delivering product demonstrations to meet client needs.

You’ll travel within the territory, negotiate terms, and coordinate with marketing to drive revenue growth; a strong track record in wholesale sales and CRM proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional-level B2B sales experience.
• Proven track record of sales in wholesale/distribution.
• Ability to cold call and generate leads.

Responsibilities

• Develops a strategy to grow sales in the assigned territory.
• Prospects leads via cold calls, referrals, and networking.
• Builds trusted relationships and acts as a go-to advisor.
• Delivers sales presentations and product demos to customers.
• Negotiates terms, closes deals, and supports post-sale activities.
