Qualifications

• 4+ years in healthcare office management with direct staff supervision.
• Experience managing a medical office or behavioral health practice.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across clinicians, staff, and patients.
• Proven leadership, motivation, and goal-setting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day clinic operations at our Philadelphia location.
• Manage inventory of office, medical, and clinical supplies.
• Ensure smooth workflows from front desk to back office, aligned with Kolmac standards.
• Coordinate provider schedules and support onboarding of new providers.
• Oversee revenue cycle activities including copays and billing coordination.
