Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health seeks a dynamic Practice Manager to lead operations at our Philadelphia, PA location. You will partner with clinical leaders to align daily work with our mission of evidence-based addiction and behavioral health care, delivering exceptional patient care through strong leadership and operational excellence.

Responsibilities include overseeing clinic operations, managing staff and payroll, coordinating schedules, ensuring compliance, and optimizing revenue

Qualifications

• 4+ years in healthcare office management with direct staff supervision.
• Experience managing a medical or behavioral health practice.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across clinicians, staff, and patients.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities; comfort with healthcare software.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day clinic operations and ensure peak performance.
• Supervise non-provider staff, training, onboarding, payroll, and scheduling.
• Coordinate provider schedules and onboarding of new providers.
• Monitor patient access, appointment availability, and no-show rates.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Oversee revenue cycle activities and financial documentation.
