Addison Group is seeking a Business Developer to drive growth in Parker, Colorado. This full-time, outside sales role focuses on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing commercial contracts across a defined territory. Landscaping industry experience is a plus but not required.

The successful candidate will prospect, present, and negotiate proposals, manage a full sales cycle, and work with operations and marketing to meet targets. Uncapped commissions await.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience with a proven track record of surpassing quotas.
• Industry background in landscaping or related services is a plus but not required.
• Proficient in CRM and pipeline management; excellent presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new commercial accounts through consultative selling.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Conduct heavy prospecting, in-person presentations, and virtual demos.
• Build trust-based relationships with decision makers in your territory.
• Forecast sales, manage pipeline, and track KPIs in CRM.
• Collaborate with operations, finance, and marketing to respond to bids.
