Job summary

Ruppert Landscape is seeking a Regional Business Development Manager in Jacksonville, FL to identify new opportunities, cultivate client relationships, and support market developers within a designated Region.

You will collaborate with sales, public relations, and branch management to align strategies and achieve sales goals, mentoring team members and delivering market forecasts and plans. Travel within the region is expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in sales management or related role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth in a region.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build relationships with service-oriented customers and team members.
• Proven ability to lead, manage, and develop teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Establish new business opportunities through market research and networking.
• Formulate and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.
• Monitor sales performance metrics to ensure objectives are met.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets.
• Foster trust-based relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Hire, train and develop high-performing sales professionals.
• Travel within the region to meet with customers and participate in industry events.
• Refine sales strategies and processes using market feedback to achieve branch goals.
• Lead negotiations and closing bid opportunities.
