Job summary

Bosun is seeking a driven Restoration Project Manager to oversee property restoration projects from scope through delivery in the Ann Arbor and Jackson surrounding areas. This role requires strong operational leadership, structured decision-making, and accountability in budgeting, scheduling, and client relations.

You will lead teams, manage subcontractors, and ensure projects meet safety, codes, and quality standards while driving measurable results.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in restoration or construction project management.
• Proven ability to lead teams and hold subcontractors accountable.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability in dynamic, high-demand environments.
• Effective communicator with both technical teams and clients.
• Knowledge of fire/water restoration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of restoration projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Establish project budgets, confirm work orders, and monitor progress against plan.
• Enforce compliance with safety, building codes, and industry standards.
• Direct and manage subcontractors, holding them accountable to quality and performance metrics.
• Build trust with clients and business partners through clear, timely, and professional communication.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (sales, gross margin, timelines, customer satisfaction).
