RestorePro is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for the Greater Fayetteville metro area. This field-based role focuses on building a referral network and sustaining relationships with property managers, insurance agents, and operators to drive ongoing restoration work.

Expect a base salary of $60K–$70K with uncapped commissions and a potential income well above $100K. A company vehicle, gas card and full benefits are included, along with tech tools and a path for growth.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background screening.
• Comfort managing pipeline and activity in a CRM.
• Availability for in-person meetings and networking events across the territory.

Responsabilidades

• Develop a referral network in the Fayetteville territory to generate opportunities.
• Meet with property managers, insurance agents, and operators to build relationships.
• Explain mitigation and restoration services to partners in clear terms.
• Maintain and update the sales pipeline in the CRM; hand opportunities to operations and stay involved until closed.
