RestorePro in the Greater Fayetteville metro area is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for B2B referral accounts. This field-based role focuses on building trusted relationships with property managers, insurers, and facility leaders to generate recurring restoration opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background screening.
• Comfort managing pipeline and activity in a CRM.
• Willingness to travel for in-person meetings and events across the territory.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a referral network and sales pipeline.
• Meet face-to-face with property managers, multifamily groups, and insurance partners.
• Explain mitigation and restoration services clearly to partners.
• Update CRM with activity and pipeline; track opportunities.
• Travel across the territory for in-person meetings and networking events.
