RestorePro in the Greater Fayetteville area seeks an Outside Sales Representative for B2B referral accounts. This field-based role focuses on building a local network of property managers, insurance agents, and facility managers to generate repeat business from the region.
You’ll travel within the territory, meet decision-makers, present restoration services clearly, and manage your pipeline in the CRM to drive revenue and growth.
It’s 2 a.m. A supply line fails on the third floor of a 200-unit apartment community. Water is moving through ceilings.
The property manager doesn’t search online. She calls the company she already trusts.
Your job is to make sure that call goes to RestorePro, and to build enough of those relationships that it happens all over your territory.
Building a territory for a company nobody has heard of is hard. That’s not this job.
RestorePro has served the greater Fayetteville area since 1998 and has completed tens of thousands of restoration projects. As part of the Fleet Response family of companies, we can take on any size project, up to area-wide disasters.
When you sit down with a facility director or an insurance agent, you aren’t asking them to take a chance on you. You’re giving them a reason to make RestorePro their first call.
Most outside sales roles reset every month. Close a deal, start over.
This one builds on itself, because the people you’ll work with run into property damage again and again:
Earn the trust of one of these people and you don’t get one job. You get a source that can keep sending work for years. Your territory is protected, so the network you build stays yours.
This is a hunting role with a relationship payoff. You won’t succeed waiting for the phone to ring. A typical week might include:
Leadership, operations, and marketing are set up to support business development. You’ll have structure behind you. You’ll still be expected to execute.
The path is simple: activity, then relationships, then opportunities, then revenue.
You’ve spent at least two years in B2B outside sales and you’re comfortable starting conversations with people who didn’t ask to hear from you. You’d rather earn a referral partner for life than push a one‑time sale.
You’ll probably do well here if you:
Helpful but not required:experience selling services to commercial clients, or a background in restoration, insurance, property management, multifamily, healthcare, hospitality, or senior living. If you’ve built relationships in any of those worlds, they’ll matter here.
