RestorePro is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for the Greater Fayetteville area. This field-based role focuses on building a referral network and securing ongoing business from property managers, insurers, and facilities, with a strong emphasis on relationship development and territory growth.

The position offers a base salary of $60K–$70K with uncapped commissions and a $100K+ income potential, plus a company vehicle, gas card and full benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background screening.
• Comfort managing pipeline in a CRM.
• Availability for in-person meetings and events across the territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a referral network within the territory.
• Meet face-to-face with property managers, insurers, and partners.
• Manage pipeline and activity in the CRM.
• Close deals and grow revenue in the assigned territory.
• Represent RestorePro at events and meetings.
