Job summary

Dal-Tile, a Mohawk Industries subsidiary, seeks a Builder Specialist to grow residential sales by serving large builders, design centers, and interior designers. You will develop new business, coordinate with internal teams, and drive product adoption across the region.

Engage with marketing to communicate trends, register new builder customers, and lead seminars and trade shows. Build deep regional knowledge of single and multi-family construction and manage key accounts effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 2-4 years' relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Service very large builders, design centers, and residential interior designers with sales calls and relationship management.
• Prospect and register large new builder customers and develop designer/manager relationships.
• Coordinate with Marketing to communicate trends and merchandising programs to customers.
• Share current information on products, programs, and builder agreements with internal teams.
• Lead builder tracking meetings, participate in trade shows, and conduct product knowledge seminars.
• Develop knowledge of new single and multi-family construction in the region.
