Job summary

Dal-Tile, a subsidiary of Mohawk Industries, is seeking a Builder Specialist to grow residential sales across large builder networks and design centers. You will engage with internal sales, builder, and design teams to expand opportunities and drive product adoption.

Ideal candidates will have 2–4 years of relevant experience, strong communication, and an ability to manage multiple priorities while building long-term relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 2-4 years’ relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
• Demonstrates strong knowledge of technical, process, and business principles and standards.
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• High level of integrity and discretion with sensitive data.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Service very large existing builders, design centers, and residential interior designers by making sales calls and developing relationships.
• Prospect, secure, and register large new builder customers and design center managers.
• Coordinate with Marketing to communicate trends and products through reviews with customers.
• Lead builder tracking meetings and participate in trade shows and seminars.
• Develop knowledge of new single and multi-family construction in the region.
