Job summary

Boston Beer Corporation is hiring a Brewery Representative for the Twin Cities, MN region. You will develop new accounts and maintain existing ones, driving visibility through displays, POS materials, and promotions.

The role requires being based in Saint Paul or Minneapolis with regular travel to stores, bars, and restaurants. Ideal candidates have 1+ years in outside sales within F&B, a competitive mindset, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of proven outside sales or related in F&B.
• Confident, assertive personality with competitive spirit.
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle required.
• Ability to lift and move beer cases frequently.
• Ability to climb, kneel and stoop to arrange displays.

Responsibilities

• Sell the Boston Beer Company product portfolio across accounts.
• Focus on adding product lines and upgrading availability in retail.
• Identify major accounts and plan to establish business relationships.
• Improve displays and merchandising to boost brand visibility.
• Partner with distributors to ensure orders and growth.
• Conduct tastings and staff education at venues and events.
• Travel locally for meetings and field visits; some weekends may be required.
